    Hi Viktorija, To my knowledge, the pin-pin compatible device is LM2681 or LM2765, but their max load is 20mA. If the this is okay, then this can be considered as the 2nd source. Otherwise, I don't see another candidate. Thanks, Youhao

    Hi Hollis, I don't think this can be done by a single charge pump device. You need to consider cascading the charge pumps. The LM2682 is an inverting voltage doubler device. It can be used to generate -10V from a +5V rail, so you need first to produce…
