Hi team,
There is a start up issue for LM2734YMKX. From the data sheet I think our device has a internal soft up for 0.2ms. However our customer still think it is too fast and need the time over 1ms.
Since our device doesn't have…
Part Number: LM2734-Q1 Hi,
In comparison with the catalog version, does the EMC and EMI for both version are the same? If not, which is better?
Just want to know what stress done to this IC (mechanical /electrical stressing?)
Thank you in advance.
Regards…
Part Number: LM2734-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2734 I tried to create 10-15Vin, 5Vout, 1A design in Webench for LM2734XQMKX/NOPB and also the non-Q version. Webench will NOT create the design above 61C, yet the datasheets clearly show temperatures…
Part Number: LM2734 Hello team,
My customer in using LM2734Y in their design(12Vin, 5Vout, 0.6A) and evaluated the device operation.
They found voltage between BOOST and SW is about 7V for 1ms during power-up and exceeds absolute max rating which is 6V…
Hello Jean-Baptiste,
Happy New Year! I looked over this thread and as you mentioned, fortunately, we have a pin-to-pin compatibility.
The device covers all of the specs required (as informed) with max output current of 1-A, so there shouldn't be any…
Part Number: LM2734
Hi all,
We found that there is big overshot voltage of LMH2734 at start-up in both Vin (5V) and Vout (3.3V) for about 10V.
We have Cff=1nF, Cin=10uF, Cout=2*10uF.
What the issue may it be and what we can attempt?
Thanks.
Part Number: LM2734 Hi all,
We have find a big overshoot and undershoot with LM2734 when we insert it to the power supply 5V.
We get the Vboost from the output 3.3V.
Part Number: LM2734 Hi TI Team,
For the LM2734 Vfb voltage, as you can see, the Vfb reference is from 0.784V to 0.816V If Tj from -40degC to 125degC. I believe that this tolerance (0.784V ~0.816V) includes initial tolerance and temperature variation. …
