    Here is a photo. The board I have is the LM27403EVM-POL600. Since this is a mature device, why does TI provide tools that don't work? And, why doesn't TI clean up conflicting design information? Thanks,

    I was having the same problem This is what I assembled It only got up to 100mv under no load but it was stable. When I added a 0.1ohm load it didn't regulate at all. here is the Design tool exel file 12-01-2015assembly.xlsx
