  • RE: LM101A-N: LM101AH SPICE MODEL REQUIRED

Hi Pallavi, We do not have Spice model for LM101AH part. However, LM101AH is similar to LM301 and you can use LM301A's model to simulate the behavior. Or you can use generic op map model and modify the dominated pole and BW for your sim purpose. …

Hi Ashley Kang , Thank you for your feedback regarding the clamping behavior in our current simulation. We attempted to implement the suggested part (TLV9002) in place of the LM301A op amp; however, we are unable to locate the TLV9002 in our simulation…

Part Number: LM301A-N Hi, I found the description about the slew rate of LM301A-N in D/S page1(FEATURES) and Page13(Figure39 and 40). Does anyone have the operating characteristic data of slew rate of LM301A-N at specified conditions? (like page7 in TL031…

Hi Kirous, The voltage loop is formed by R6 and R8. The current loop is formed by the LM301A, R2 and R5. Diode D2 acts as a clamp to ensure the device is not over stressed. If pin 8 goes higher than the Vout by roughly 1V, the D2 will clamp the op-amp at…

Hi Gurumurthy, The LM301A is being used to set the current (the current adjust resistor is one of the inputs) and the LM317 is being used to set the voltage (the voltage adjust resistor is the input to the ADJ pin). Very Respectfully, Ryan

LM301A is not an obsolete device Checking the LM301 product folder shows lead-free (NOPB) versions of LM301AH (TO-99/8-pin) and LM301AN (PDIP/8-pin) as being active. Checking at DigiKey shows LM301A from a number of different maufacturers being available…

Greetings, The older LM101 CDIP packages, due to their relatively lower volume, may not upgraded to RoHS. TI/National has been replacing the leaded devices with RoHS versions with the "/NOPB" suffix. So the LM101AH (leaded) is also available as the…

Hello Every Body, In the circuit diagram of 12 V battery charger in page 13 of the datasheet of LM338, I calculated the output voltage of the charger, it will try to reach 16.4 V, and in this case the LM338 will enter the current limit mode. …
