Part Number: LM335 Tool/software: Hi, Support Team
We saw the LMx35 of datasheet as below spec,What's different Between LM335 with LM335 Z ?
about " Z " What`s mean?
if any suggestion, Please advise me.
Thanks,
Best regards,
Lawrence
Part Number: LM335 Hi E2E,
Good day.
Here is my application of LM335. And the block diagram is shown below.
I give 5V from PCB to LM335, and use MCU to sample the output voltage of LM335, then convert the voltage to corresponding temperature…

Hi TI Team,
It was all working properly when we install in our railway application.
However, we see some of the LMx35 temperature sensors fail in our railway application. Instead of the expected output (10mV/…

Hi TI Team,
For the LM335M/NOPB can you confirm what is the rated ESD rating of this component? (Human Body Model... etc)
Thanks,

Part Number: LM335 Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to know the terminal finish of LM335M/NOPB if it is NiPdAu or NiAu or Au or Sn or NiSn. Also, could you tell me the thickness of Au in case it is NiPdAu or NiAu or Au.
Thanks in advance.

Part Number: LM335 Hi Experts,
Our customer needs the IBIS / PSpice model of the part " LM335M ". We know there is no available model on its product page and just wanted to check here. If you also have suggestions from other similar parts the customer…
Part Number: LM335 Hi,
Good Day. I have a customer who is working with LM335 and he has a query about the device.
Please see below for his query and help him to answer all of his concerns. Thank you very much.
I have a design with a lm335 (SOIC…
Hello Audrey, We will be placing the temp sensor right below the railway track i.e. between the sleeper and track. For now we have no information about EMI levels that we may get. This is in a study phase. I wonder if there is a current induced due the…
Part Number: LM335 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM135 Hello,
I want to see a curve/graph for LM335 Output voltage versus Temperature. I am using a TO92 package. Does the voltage output at the "+" pin decrease with rising temperature?
I am using…
Hi Derek,
If I may add to the discussion, I think the best practice is to use an appropriate current limiting resistor, a voltage source, and a voltmeter. A multimeter set to diode test mode may have a test current which is not appropriate for LM335…
