Good evening.
By the Dim pin, do you mean pin 3 of the LM3404 or are you talking about the "Lamp Dim" on the right side of the above schematic? From your answer I believe you are talking about Pin 3 of the LM3404. We tie that pin high as you…
Part Number: LM3404EVAL Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3402 Hello,
Working with the following schematic I have several questions. Thank you for your help. The below circuit was designed using TI LM3404xx-1-A data sheets SNVS465G and the AN-1839 LM3402…

Part Number: LM3404EVAL Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3404 , LM3404HV TI customer service has referred me to this site after responding to several case studies. Basically we ne to control LED lighting with contrast ratio of around 25000 to 1. We are…
Part Number: TL4242-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3402 , TL4242 Hi there,
Since TL4242-Q1 is a current-controlled regulator, I'm wondering how the output voltage is determined?
In another current-controlled device LM3402, I found a description…
Part Number: LM3402HV Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI , , LM3402 Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models Hello community,
we have a problem with the LM3402HV: we need to simulate the circuit for a new product/project which will maybe contain/use…
Thank you for the quick reply.
The Vin range for our light is 11~26V. I have tested LM3402 EV board. The average current and ripple vary with different Vin.
Nagasawa san:
It is hard to achieve +/5% LED current accuracy using LM3409. The Vcst reference voltage tolerance is over +/-5%. LM3402 can do +/-5% LED current with reference voltage tolerance +/-3%. But LM3402 is not Q graded.
