  Hi Sakai-san, I am afraid TPS61150 cannot achieve 500:1 dimming ration. If you are looking for a two channel device, please take a look at LM36922H.

  You might try the LP8860-Q1 , it is 4 channels instead of 2. Better yet, the TPS61163A , 2 channels, up to 10 LEDs. Finally, in PREVIEW, is the LM36922H .
