Looking at the LM3880 datasheeet, I see that the Iq is 25 uA which I assume applies when the enable pin is low. What is the current when the enable pin is high?

#1. there is no Vin pin at LM3880. Do you mean Vcc or Ven. For the Vcc, the input must be within 2.7 - 5.5V. for the Ven, the input shall be greater than 1.v
#2 EN pin has 7uA pull up current.
