Part Number: LM393 Hello,
Regarding to unused op amp on LM393DR, my customer is asking a question.
They will connect GND to input pins as following and refer below threads and LM393-N datasheet.

Part Number: LM393A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM393-N , LM393 , LM393B Hi,
Can LM393ADR drop in replacement LM393MX?
Any side effects or concerns?
Thanks
Part Number: LMV393-N Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMV393 , LM393B , LM393 Hi team,
Would you let me know how to treat unused IN and OUT pins (5, 6 and 7)?
Our customer traditionally input pins are tied to GND directly and output pin is left open. But our…
Hello Nitish,
It should recover to normal operation, but it may take a few more microseconds - longer than the normal propagation delay.
Is this a DC voltage? Or an AC signal or pulse? Are there any transients on the supply or output?
There are several…
Part Number: LM324-N Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM324 , , LM393-N , LM339-N , LM393 , LM339 What are the differences between the Texas Instruments parts LM324N and LM324N/NOPB. They have different datasheets but are very similar. I thought it was RoHS…
Part Number: LM358-N Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM393 , LM358 , I have done circuit experiments on LM385(SOIC-8) and LM385N(PDIP). The schematic diagrams are shown as,
I use power of 5V with amp meter to record their currents.
In LM358N(PDIP) circuit…
Hi Rico,
there are dozens of ways to build a zero crossing detector. You can use optos, transistors or the circuit shown in figure 31 of datasheet of LM393-N.
What is your input signal? And what do you mean by "more precise"?
Kai
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM393 , LM393-N Hi dear friends,
there is "LM393N" marking in the datasheet, but really I have "LM393".
Can anyone help pls?

Dear Kai, please answer
I draw a supply circuit using active RC filters - this is a purely theoretical circuit. I don't quite understand one thing in TINA-TI. I am watching…
