Hi,
Would like to check with you regarding the output cap requirement.
If we have one output X7R capacitor of 0.047uF directly at the output of LM4120, and another X7R capacitor of 0.047uF at the input of other destination IC, will the…
Part Number: LM4120 Hi,
Does the following note from the LM4120 datasheet mean the minimum input voltage is Vout + 1V = 6V for the LM4120IM5-5.0/NOPB part?
Thanks,

Part Number: LM4120 Hello,
In LM4120 part, there are two notations, for example,
- LM4120AIM5-2.5 and
- LM4120IM5-2.5 etc.
I understand that LM4120AIM5-2.5 part is A grade and it verifies 125 degree celcius condition. Is that correct ?
Part Number: REF3450 Dear Specialists,
My customer is considering REF3450T as a substitute for LM4120IM5-5.0/NOPB.
There are some difference between REF3450T and LM4120 and they have questions.
I would be grateful if you could advise.
