I suppose that the pad is probably connected to pin 4 (GND), but didn't find it in datasheet…

There is a misreading in operation temperature range, it is -40 to +85 according to page 4 OPERATING RATINGS and 0 to 70C according to Addendum-Page 1.
What is the real operating temperature range?

Could you help check the schematic as in below?
There is a production product with the LM4752 and the device failed by measuring impedance are all VDD short to GND.
Outputs are two 8ohm, 7W speaker.
