We have shorted LINN and RINN to GND, by soldering them to ground, as shown in image below and used only INP pins for connection.

You could have a look to the following devices: TPA6017a2, LM4838 and LM4836. These devices are designed to work on differential output. Unfortunately, we don't have class AB audio amplifiers to work on single-ended output.
