Hi;
I observed similar problem as you specified. This is a challenging problem as TDMA digital frame/link protocol is striking the IC. Basically, any RF interference can be picked-up by the IC. The IC is not design with solid immunity strength and designer…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM4871 Dear Sir,
I am encountering a problem of LM4871, when I turn on the speaker ,I can hear the noise , I don't know how to tackle the problem.
could you give me some suggestion ? Thanks
Hi Alex,
Unfortunately I could not locate any model for this device. Perhaps you can consider LM4871, there seem to be some difference at the internal resistors but generally it is a similar mono alternative.

Hi David,
Thanks for your fast answer.
I figured out that there is a mistake in my numbers. The current draw is not IRMS but Ipp@3.6V.
Coming back to the LM4871 audio amp datasheet Fig 16&20 and given the 4ohms load, 5V supply, the total power (output…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM4871 , TPS5430 We have using LM4871 at our factory without problem, but recently about 30% ones at reels has issue. Amplifier stay still at shutdown stage and does not work. Our PCB, components and technology are not changed…
Hi, SHH,
Unfortunately, there are no Class-AB/D in our audio portfolio. But we have the Boomer series, that are similar to the device that you mentioned. It is a Class-AB device. Please take a look at this device for details:
