The original design with 24V input cannot be ok to use with 12V input without redesign the transformer turns ratios. The turns ratios should be increased logically. Then there will be corresponding changes to other parameters values.

I was unable to find a reference design with a 14V input for this device.
There is a Mathcad calculator for the LM5030 that includes a section on the transformer design.
