Part Number: LM5035C Hi
my customer use LM5035C in their project.
when input power source turn off, the input voltage begin to go down, point A voltage will goes high to increase duty, finally, A point voltage will be higher than 2.5V.
because input voltage…
Part Number: LM5035C Hello,
I have a question about LM5035C.
I'm working on an isolated DC/DC converter application.
VIN range : 200V ~ 400V.
How do I connect the 'RAMP' pin (Rff)?
Thank you.
Part Number: LM5035C Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5035 , I am trying to design an input voltage 200V and a oscillator frequency of 200kHz.
At this time, When Rff is connected to the input, the Rff value is about 7M ohm.
What is the range of avaliable…
Part Number: LM5035C Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5035B , Hi
We are concerned that the cross conduction is occurred if the programmed delay is zero or very small. (HO and LO , SR1 and SR2)
Does this device has any protection circuit for that event…
Part Number: LM5036 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5035C Hi Team,
Can you please help us with our customer's inquiry below?
I will not use a secondary rectifier and an aux power supply. Is it necessary to install the components that determine…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5035C , LM5025A Hi Team, My customer considers applying external DC bias to both VCC and VIN for LM5035C. In this case, Operating Ratings shows 8V(min) in page 5 of datasheet. On the other hand, it is required more than 8…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5035C Hi Team, The figure 26 of datasheet shows "Latched Load Over-Voltage Protection" feature. In this time, my customer considers to "Latched Overload Protection" feature, so I would like to ask two questions…
Hi Peter-san, Thank you for your continuous support. My customer also considers LM5045 for another project and needs auto-recovery output OVP scheme too. Is there recommended figure(schematic) for the requirement? I believe the figure is the same as LM5035C discussed…
Hi
Our customer are evaluating this device. They found the unknown phenomenon at low temp(-40 degC).
There are some delay at startup. The delay at low temp is longer than room temp. Also there is unknown spike voltage.
