Part Number: LM5064 Hi,
When i read pp13 of Current Limit, 'In the current limiting condition, the GATE voltage is controlled to limit the current in MOSFET Q1.'
Could you explain what the controlled means?
Thanks,
Moon
Part Number: LM5064 How fast the !SMBA pin signal will be generated on VIN_OV_WARN_LIMIT and VIN_UV_WARN_LIMIT? It is mentioned in datasheet that T_Acquisition + conversion time typ = 100us for any channel and T_round_robin = 1ms for all channels. Datasheet…
Part Number: LM5064 Hello,
Trying to determine differences between the two above listed parts, specifically the U indicator meaning. Please advise if able.
Thanks,
Part Number: LM5064 Hello,
When turning on the board, GATE pin comes out and MOSFET V1175 is on.
UVLO shows high, OVLO is low, Voltage on MOSFET is 0.15V. PG has 10V pull-up with 5kohm.
A Question is PG show low.
What condition makes this is possible…
Part Number: LM5064 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2393 We are having issues with new hotplug used on latest board developments. Customer has complained that when they insert one board in the chassis, other boards already inserted are affected (…
Part Number: LM5064 Hello,
We are trying to use this IC for inrush current protection.
We made the board from the circuit below. When we turn on the input voltage, the MOSFETs blow out suddenly.
Could you advise me how this happen?

Part Number: LM5064 Hello,
My customer is anxious about the supply of the LM5064. For just in case, are there a recommended device to replace the LM5064?
The customer would like a drop-in replacement if possible, but they can also consider PCB design…

Hi,
We are using the LM5064 hot swap controller in our design.
I have a query related to the current supported on the VDD pin of this device.
We are interfacing the PM bus (SDAI, SDAO, SCL, SMBA) and Power good signals via 5 opto…
Part Number: LM5064 in our design, LM5064 is used to monitor the board power up, after power up, the SMBA_n(pin14 of LM5064) is always low, check the status register, found OC fault have been trigged(0x04 is the value of register 0x7C, 0x0888 is the value…
