Part Number: LM5069 Hi Power Group.
Looking at datasheet Figure 22 - Power-Up Sequence. What sets the time interval between T1 and T2?
Also what triggers the end of T2 (In-rush Limiting)?
Part Number: LM5069 Hi Power Group,
Working with LM5069 in our three channel 28V power supply.
When the 28V output turns on, load draws 45 amps for 300usecs.
Nominal output current is 5amps with the output limit set at 6Amps (Rsenss = 0.009 ohms).
Part Number: LM5069 Hi Team,
PSPICE or SPICE Model of MPN: LM5069 is needed for the simulation purpose, Model available in the site is not working i ANSYS tool. Can you please provide Model of same part number or any alternate part model.?

My customer is interested in LM5069 and has questions.
They'd like to know about about surge and noise countermeasures.
We plan to perform EMC tests such…
Part Number: LM5069 Hi,
I'm trying to design hot swap controller circuit using LM5069-2, I understand that startup circuit is required when a large amount of output capacitance is used.
I understand that the external dvdt start-up circuit at the FET…
Part Number: LM5069 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS2663 Hello.
We are planning to use LM5069 in a configuration as below:
- Input voltage nominal = 50V
- Max load current (Pulsed current, 1ms pulse width with 20% duty cycle) = 12A
- Output capacitance…
Part Number: LM5069 We're using the LM5069MM-2 device for inrush and reverse protection and we're seeing a strange startup problem when tested at -10C or below. At room temperature the board powers up properly, but once we hit the -10C threshold…
