Hi Craig, Thank you for reaching out. Sorry I have been on the business trip. Yes the LM5170 can support your application, but I do feel your power level is on the low side, because the LM5170 can process 1kW or more. It may be more cost effective…

The LM2679 is not designed for parallel operation. However, there are other devices that may be able to meet your requirements with one controller such as the LM5088 or the LM5119.

Sam, Please use TCAN1044AV-Q1 in place of TCAN1044V-Q1. It is a drop-in upgrade, and TCAN1044V-Q1 will not have supply to support new projects over time. TCAN1044AV-Q1 will have this increasing supply. We have a few resources that can help explain…

I have a similar situation, but using a -15V supply. I've attached the webbench schematic similar to what I have on my board. Problem is, I'm getting LOTS of noise (3-4V) at 300KHz. It seems that there is an issue with the ground (Vout) of my -15V coupling…

Hi Paolo Since your issue is very complex and critical. I think it is better for you to contact your local FAE and send me your board through your local FAE. (I am Eric Lee). I would like to check your board on the bench. About your question, HG-GND…

Hi All, I used Webench power architect to develop a 48V to 12V buck converter. 5V, 3.3V and 1.2V are then derived from the 12V via other buck converters. The LM5088 is used to derive the 12V. When powered up with no load other than the 3 buck converters…

Hi Boaz, The LM5022 is a boost controller and the minimum output voltage is restricted to 6V. For above buck condition, following devices can be used to create a design. 1.LM5117 2.LM5088-1 3.LM5088-2 4.LM5145 5.LM5116 6.TPS40170. Please…

LM25085A is a non-synchronous PFET controller. It can do 100% duty cycle. It should work. Another non-synchornous solution is LM5088. If you are inclined to use a synchornous solutions LM25117 is a good choice.
