Hi Franz,
The absolute max supply voltage of the DRV8701 is 47V so the device cannot operate at 90V supply.
However, if you need a device that can handle up to 100V, I recommend you check out the DRV8350 and LM5107.
Part Number: LM5017 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5107 Dear Team,
We want to implement the soft start circuit here.
But we are not sure why the Vo is not stable.
Base on the waveform, the issue is Vcc didn't regulate at the voltage which defines…
Part Number: UCC27714 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8412 , LM5107 , LMG1205 , , UCC27712 , UCC27282 , LM5109 Hello team,
Customer application is a device that can run up to 48Vdc and near 50Amps. They use PWM controls to vary the voltage going to the…
Part Number: UCC27212 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5107
Hi Team,
my customer is using multiple UCC27212 on his board and he would like to know what is the biggest difference in propagation delay between those parts. All parts have the same temperature…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5170-Q1 Hi
Customer want to use LM5170-Q1 in a new project.
The high voltage side is voltage range of 20V~30V, the low voltage side is battery 12.6V (voltage range from 10V to 14V)
There are 2 batteries in this system…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5001 , LM25017 , LM5107 Dear TI Engineers,
can you advice me to design the loop power for analog input with 12 channel total number, it' mean analog input connected with 4-20 mA 2 wire system with system power (2 wire analog…
Part Number: UCC27211 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5017 , LM5107 , LM5101A
Hello,
I am using 3x of the UCC27211 to run a 3 phase motor and am trying to use an isolated power supply for the high side rather than bootstrapping the VDD.
I am using…
Part Number: DRV8302 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5107 , DRV8711 I need design a 200 V DC BLDC controller, i plan use DRV8302. But it max voltage is 60V only how can i bypass the voltage.
Hi Rafe,
The DRV8302 cannot operate at 100V. What is the maximum voltage the system will see?
If you want 100V operation, you should look at other devices such as the LM5107. The LM5107 is marginal at 100V, but is good for the purpose of discussion…
