Part Number: LM5123EVM-BST Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM51231-Q1 Hi team,
Is it possible to replace LM5123 into LM51231-Q1? If yes, is there any required technical dealing?
Best Regards,
Shoji
No problem. Have a nice holiday. I do think the issue is the configuration mode and my test board layout. I replaced the LM5123 with an LM51231-Q1 on the LM5123EVM-BST. It correctly regulates the output voltage to 24V with an input voltage of 16V. There…
Part Number: LM51231-Q1 Hi team,
I cannot download .step file from below link.

Could you provide this file to me…
Hello Ernest,
If they need the maximum power for a long period of time, the converter needs to be thermally designed to be able to deliver it, if the peak power is there fore very short times, the thermal design might not be needed for the full power…
Hi Naveen,
I agree with Erics suggestions of the LM5157/LM5158 series. If a synchronous approach is preferred, we also have LM5123 as high efficiency boost controller. But due to external FETs, this approach has higher costs.
Regarding unencrypted…
Hi sakthi,
We would recommend to use LM5123-Q1 for better supply in the future.
The selection of MOSFET is most related to the voltage rating and temperature rise.
I think the values in the excel are correct. But why the output current is 3A while…
Part Number: LM5157 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5123-Q1 , LM5156 Hi Team,
My customer is surveying boost converter IC to support 48V/5A output, 10V~16V input range, is LM5157 applicable for this power level?
Regards,
Charles
Part Number: LM51231-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5156 Hi TI experts,
Do you have a PSPICE reference design for LM5123(1) that is running without convergence issues? Customer wanted to run a simulation for a 24Vin, 56V, 2A output boost application…
Hi Harry,
Thank you for providing the tool. This tool is for LM5123. Does this work for external component selection of LM51231-Q1?
In my understandings of switching regulator, FB pin is compared with voltage reference, however, this chip has internal…
Part Number: TIDA-020033 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS6584-Q1 From demo waveforms, it does look like the supply voltage can respond fast enough to ensure no clipping of the audio signal.
Is there any specific specs to quantify that there is…
