Hi,
This looks like some kind of instability. Do you use the same value as webench recommend on R50 and C37?
You can also check the ripple injection circuit value here

You can maybe try to lower the R50 and see…
Part Number: LM5161-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5160DNTFBK-CALC Hi TI,
I have an application which will use LM5161-Q1 in a fly-buck configuration. I'm testing a few custom transformers and have the design working but I'm not sure if the temperature…
Hello Robert,
The LM5160A can meet your needs.

When used in FLYBUCK mode it produces an isolated output.
In the product folder there is a calculator tool.

Vipin,
As David mentioned above, the PMP9282 design would need to be redesigned using a more appropriate smaller power stage for the lower output power. But it was the closest existing TI reference design for your requirement. The 8-V minimum input voltage…
Thanks
I checked many reference designs for LM5160 before.
for my application I have mentioned some parameters such as (LM5160's datasheet, page 18, 8.2.1.2.3 Inductor Selection):
for Fsw=260 KHz, Lmin=83uH
for Fsw=500 KHz, Lmin=42uH
IL1 = 1.056
IL2…
