Part Number: LM555 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD19534KCS Dear Sir.
I am developing the power module with timer function.
After 12V DC Jack inserted, and 5 minutes later, we want to switch off the 12V power connected to heater.

Part Number: LM555 Dear Sir/Ms.
My client uses LM555 to generate 40% Duty but his actual result is 60% Duty. The customer said that he adjusted the resistance ratio of RP1 to RP2, the maximum duty is only 50%. The customer's schematic is like an attachment…

Ronald Michallick, kindly provided the values for R A , R B and C. He also confirmed that resistors R L are not required nor the links with which they interconnect.
Is it possible for someone to please confirm that the circuit apended…
Part Number: LM555 hi,
For application circuit below, I would like to have constant output high when there is 12V input detected. is this connection correct?
Best regards,

Part Number: LM555 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC555 , NE555 , LMC555 , SN74AHC123A Looking to generate the a shorter output pulse based on the falling edge trigger .
Can I achieve this with the LM555 and an inverter gate ? how do I control the timing…
Part Number: LM555 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI I am attempting to use the LM555 in monostable mode but the output doesn't generate a pulse. It simple follows the state of the trigger. I captured the attached waveform and it shows that the…
Part Number: LM555 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CD4060B , TLC555 Hey from john
We are trying to use the LM555 as a single shot timer- please see attached pdf for the official TI pdf (pg12) as a monostable single shot timer triggered by a momentary…
Hey Kei,
Unfortunately none of the 555 timers will meet this requirement. Below is a table showing the various minimum output pulse widths for the different 555 devices.

Part Number: LM555 Hi,
I feed 2 falling edge signals to pin 2(trigger) and pin 4(reset). I want output high whenever there is a falling edge signal on pin 2 and output low whenever there is a falling edge signal on pin 4.
Pin 6 and 7 are floating.
Here…
