Part Number: LM64 Hello all, we are using the LM64 temperature sensor with WQFN package. I can't find anything in the data sheet about the connection of the die pad. Should we let float it or connect it to GND, which is better?
Greetings, Torsten
Hello Polly,
The 3 other devices i.e LM64, LM96063 and LM96163 are all rated for Ta of up to 85 degC. I don;t think we have a part rated to work up to Ta=100 degC.

Can i have evaluation board for measuring local and remote temperature(using Diode connected transistor) using temperature monitor ICs like LM99 etc

Device that supplies 5 pwm signals, and gets 5 tacho signals.
When a tacho is not ok ,than the controller will widen it’s pwm pulse…
Kuan,
We don't have a single device that will fit all of your requirements so you might have to use more than one device. Here is the list. It looks like you might want to consider these: LM96194,LM94,LM93,LM96000.

I Wanted to Run a 48V PWM controlled fan with LM63
1. Can we directly connect with PWM or 48V in PWR pin as it available in development board
2. Are we need a transistor…
