Part Number: LM64 Hello all, we are using the LM64 temperature sensor with WQFN package. I can't find anything in the data sheet about the connection of the die pad. Should we let float it or connect it to GND, which is better? Greetings, Torsten

Hello Polly, The 3 other devices i.e LM64, LM96063 and LM96163 are all rated for Ta of up to 85 degC. I don;t think we have a part rated to work up to Ta=100 degC.

Hi Srikanth, There is currently no EVM for the LM99. However there is an EVM for the LM63, LM64, LM96063, and LM96163 that has both local and remote diode measurements with the additional features of fan control. Please see this link: www.ti.com/.…

Howdy Eli, Thanks for the post. There are a couple of devices that may suit your need. Most of the devices mentioned below tie Fan control with temperature operation. Since temperature is not a concern you may want to implement the devices in open loop…

Kuan, We don't have a single device that will fit all of your requirements so you might have to use more than one device. Here is the list. It looks like you might want to consider these: LM96194,LM94,LM93,LM96000. HW_Fan_Parametric Search.xlsx …
