I would like to know it LM70 return value is clamp to -55. For example a LM70 with -2°C inaccurary is put at -54.5°C, will it return -56.5°C or -55°C ?

We do not currently have an IBIS model for the TMP126, I have asked the design team if and when they might have one and also if the LM70 IBIS model would be a decent substitute for you to use.
