is there a difference between LM741-MIL and LM741QML ?

Hi Natesh,
this can have to do with the LM741. It needs a minimum supply voltage of 10V. So, it will not work here.
Another issue is the offset voltage of bridge. This was discussed here:

I changed the post link to TL081 day ago as LM741 did not have Fig.8 phase shift referred to in post. My last reply evaporated into thin air upon clicking reply button
