Part Number: LM86 Tool/software: Dear Sir,
Based on critical condition, I want to know if LM86 over operating temperature (remote and local), what does the LM86 return?
Does the LM86 keep the highest temperature local(127) and remote(127.875) or overflow…
Part Number: LM86 Is there a way to convert the temperature reading from the LM86 back to a voltage at the diode? Also can the LM86 be biased at 40uA
Thanks,
Eric
Part Number: LM89 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM86 Hi TI expert,
May I know what is the difference between LM8 9 CIMX/NOPB and LM8 6 CIMX/NOPB?
We want to replace the LM86 by the LM89 directly.
Looking forward to your reply.
Thank you.
Part Number: LM86 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP451 , TMP461 Hi,
I'm using LM86CIM/NOPB to measure chip die temperature via chip integrated thermal diode. in the datasheet of LM86, There are two registers named after REMOTE TEMPERATURE OFFSET…
Part Number: LM86 Dear Sir,
We polling the LM86 to get the remote temperature one times per second.
But sometimes it returns an error temperature with 127 degree C.
Are there any setting, limitation or errata we should take care of it?
Thanks.
Part Number: LM86 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DXP Dear sir,
Sometimes, we get the remote temperature(RTHB_01h) of LM86 lower than zero. But our DUT is tested under room temperature.
Do you have any idea of this symptom?
Thanks!

May LM86 can direct replace G781? i check the pinout seems the same.
Is customer need to change their firmware if they use LM86 replace G781?
