Hi Daisuke, The LMG352xR030 series of devices have the same switching performance. You can use the following half-bridge daughter card and the motherboard for the double pulse test. Half-bridge daughter card EVM: https://www.ti.com/tool/LMG3522EVM…

Hi Bagadi, The bias supply for a daughter card half-bridge unit (LMG342XEVM) on motherboard (LMG342x-BB-EVM) draws < ~150mA. So based on that 3A output at 12V supply should be enough to meet the power requirement. Thanks, Subhransu

John, in the user guide for LMG342X-BB-EVM, what is the switching frequency at the described 4KW operation? I found this document from TI, this is the thermal evaluation of the same GAN fets at 4KW. https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snoaa61a/snoaa61a.pdf…

Part Number: LMG34XX-BB-EVM As it is shown here with 1Ghz lecroy oscilloscope we can't get the 102V/ns rise time as it should support according to the datasheet. We have checked R5. It is much more longer. What is the problem here?

You may refer to an external dead-time generating circuit that we've used for the EVM of a different device - https://www.ti.com/tool/LMG342X-BB-EVM#design-files . In the user guide for this EVM, you can find the dead-time generating circuit below: …
