LMH32401: if the -VBIAS of LMH32401 connect to GND directly, what will the negative bias be between Vin- and Vin+

    TI Thinks Resolved
Part Number: LMH32401 Hi Team, May I ask if the -VBIAS of LMH32401 connect to GND directly, what will the negative bias be between Vin- and Vin+? If using PD instead of APD, there is no need for a large negative bias, about -0.5V is enough.

LMH32401: the enable time is inconsistent when the gain resistance is 20k

Part Number: LMH32401 Hi team, In the LMH32401 specification, the enable time is inconsistent when the gain resistance is 20k. The table writes a typical value of 850ns, but the given waveform is less than 100ns. Please help to confirm which one is...

RE: LMH32401: Input impedance of LMH32401 with enable pin high

Hello AJ, Please refer to the following: "When the amplifier is in its low-power mode, the clamp circuitry is still active thereby protecting the TIA input. The ambient light cancellation loop is disabled when the amplifier is placed in power...

RE: Compiler/LMH32401: The exact marking of the part#LMH32401IRGTR is not as same as the one ‘L32401’ maked in the datesheet

Hello Michael, I received word from the team that the devices marked as L01A0 has the same die as the devices marked as L32401. There are no differences between the two. Thank you, Sima

    RE: LMH32401: Alternate DC cancellation/cutoff

Yes, it's for a transimpedance circuit. I need a bandwidth of approx. 40MHz for a 10pF Cin photodiode, hence the need for an amplifier with a good bandwidth. The output will be fed to an integrator circuit (hence the need to cancel DC current, so...

RE: LMH32401: Looking for the best TIA

Hello Art, The devices you are looking at are way above the requirements needed to build this trans-impedance circuit. Note that the transimpedance gain doesn't determine the GBP of the amplifier but rather the noise gain of the circuit (which is...

LMH32401: Reg. Gain setting of LMH32401

    TI Thinks Resolved
Part Number: LMH32401 Hi, Can the gain of LMH32401 be changed dynamically while IDC_EN is LOW(enabled), by toggling the GAIN pin to HIGH or LOW via a microcontroller or any other digital circuit? thanks, Krishna

RE: LMH32401: Need unencrypted SPICE model, would like to sign NDA

Hello Yannick, The model for the LMH32401 isn't encrypted, you can find the .lib file in the Pspice model. Best, Hasan Babiker
