Part Number: LMP92066 Tool/software: LMP92066 Configured as shown below.
During Power OFF output should go to 0V from -5V level.
But we observed negative spike to a voltage level of -2.6V from -5V and then it is settling to 0V.

Part Number: LMP92066 Tool/software: Hi ,
We are trying to program the LMP92066 device ,I started with reading the TEMPM and TEMPL registers and I am always reading back the same value(0x1 and 0x81). Also when I try to set the access level to L2, by…
Hi Vaishak,
Looks like the equation for the negative range is the same as the positive range, so:
DAC1 = -3.7V = dec 3031, hex 0xBD7
DAC0 = -2.8V = dec 2293, hex 0x8F5
Thanks, Erin
Hi Vaishak,
Just to make sure, it might be good to probe the DRVEN pin during startup. If it is only this board, perhaps there is something wrong with the driver on that pin. Along with that, also probing the FETDRV pin at the same time would be good…
Part Number: LMP92066 Tool/software: Hi support team,
For LMP92066, ADDRESS 0x68, DAC0_BASEM, bit4 “POL”,
1: All LUT values are treated as negatives. This realizes a monotonically decreasing LUT0 transfer function. 0: All LUT values are treated…
Part Number: LMP92066 Tool/software: Hi support team,
For LMP92066 VSSB:-5V, the DAC output will shift by 18mV every 4C;
And for VSSB:-1.8V, is the DAC output also shift by 18mV every 4C?
Thanks.
Part Number: LMP92066 Tool/software: Hi support team,
For LMP92066,
The DAC transfer functions:
DACx=5A*DACIN/4096 (V),
So my question is: when VSSB is -1.8V, what is "A" value?Is "-1" or other value?
Thanks.

Hi erin, I have designed the RF circuit using LMP92066 bias controller. Pls go through the biasing circuit and let me know your comments. Both gaN based and LDMOS based circuit is attached. +5V LDMOS.pdf -5V GaN.pdf Thanks, Vaishak B
Part Number: LMP92066 Tool/software: Hi, I am using LMP92066 device for PA GaN and LDMOS biasing in the design. Kindly guide me to configure the device for biasing purpose.
