RDS(on) is about 180mohm when junction temp is 150C, you can refer to TPS54340 data sheet Figure 1 as LMR14030 has similar design to TPS54340.
I suggest you to use Webench to simulate the power loss and junction temp.

Could I use this part to output 12V/2.5A with 24V input? What's the roughly efficiency?
Since the datasheet only describe the efficiency of 3.3V or 5V output.
