Part Number: LMS3655 Hi, A value of the FB resistances of Figure 23 is wrong. This is a value of 3.3V. The ESR of the output capacitor is 25mohm, but the input of more than 10mohm suffers an error in WEBENCH. Regards, PAN-M

Part Number: LMS3655 Hi team, I have two questions about LMS3655. (1) Input voltage is up to 40V. Why the output voltage is only up to 20V? Is it caused by control method? (2) In datasheet, it says that "Operation below 3.3 V and above 6 V may require…

Part Number: LMS3655 Dear Sir/Ms. Excuse me, my client is looking for a 4.2V~40Vmax output 5A and has an ISO16750 specification for Buck. I read the LMS3655 datasheet and did not write the ISO16750 specification. I would like to ask if this one has…

Part Number: LMS3655 Hi, team. Can the LMS3655 operate with BIAS=GND? It is described as connecting BIAS to GND or other power supply at 15V or more. (4) Operation above 15 V requires the BIAS pin grounded or powered by an external source. A maximum…

David, So as I understand: LMS3655 outputs 12V at 4A peak (every time the GaN driver switches high at 100kHz) and 500mA when the driver does not switch. That would bring down the average current quite a bit. I think this should be fine. The only way…
