    Kuramochi, LMV393-N has a diode to VCC and some input current will flow. LMV339-N has no diode to VCC and no input current will flow.

    David, The LMV339 has the legacy TI die and the LMV339-N has the legacy National die. Both devices will have similar performance when used in the allowed range.
