Part Number: LMV431 Team,
My customer is looking to add a 2nd source alternatives to LMV431AIM5X/NOPB and LM4050BIM3-2.5/NOPB on the current design. We would be second sourcing ourselves in this case. So, question is - do we have pin compatible alternatives…
Part Number: LMV431 Hi people,
I am using a shunt regulator as error amplifier in an isolated flyback supply.
The hardware implementation removes the fast lane from the optocoupler.
I haven't problems with stability but, at start up, I noticed a significative…
Dear Meet,
It's actually strange that you get 0.6V on the reference pin of LMV431; I mean, if you have 391V on top terminal of R132, you supposed to have ~ 1.247V on reference of LMV431. Maybe the LMV part is damaged or something similar.
Anyway,…
Part Number: LM5122 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMV431 Tool/software: Hi TI Team,
I follow TI's circuit and apply in our design for Over Voltage protection, in Vout=54V application, R1=10k (PR191) , R2=453K (PR192), OVP setting point should be 57…
Hi Neo,
thanks for the update.
So it looks like some disturbance is getting injected on to the FB/REF input of the LMV431 but this should not be a loop stability issue.
This issue could be due to:
- LMV431 being placed very close or below the inductor…

(TLVH431 vs. LMV4312) models, except for different temperatures, Are there any other differences? Are they interchangeable (temperature factor is not considered!)?
Part Number: LMV431B I am using LMV431BIMF/NOPB in series pass regulator for 2.5V output. Found that initial reference tolerance is not meeting the values defined in spec. The measured reference voltage was less than the lower spec. of the temperature…
Part Number: LM25117EVAL Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMV431 , LM25117 I would like to increase the output voltage to ~28V with a constant current of close to 12 amps. Can I change the resistance values of the voltage divider (R16 and R17 of the LM25117…
Part Number: LMV431 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TL431 Hi
Can I ask a simple question?
There is no Absolute Maximum Ratings of VREF. I don't know this is usually but I would like to know how much is the Absolute Maximum Ratings of VREF.
Can we…
