Part Number: LMZ14203EXT I am working on one design where I am using LMZ14203EXT to generate 3.3V rail.
This power IC has EN pin which enables the output volt when voltage at this pin crosses 1.18V while going up and disables output when voltage at EN pin…
Part Number: LMZ14203EXT Hi, Good day. Our customer is looking for the possibility to use the LMZ14203EXTTZ/NOPB in place of LMZ14202TZ-ADJ/NOPB as they are having sourcing issue. They want to confirm if they can do use it without changes to existing board…

Hello
I have a situation that in the initialization of the circuit will be placed 5V voltage on the output of LMZ14203EXT, with no voltage at the input. The intention is use a startup…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMZ14203H Why data sheet LMZ14203EXT state voltage output only 0.8 to 6V? Can I use for higher voltage such as 5 to 15V (just change divider resistors value)
Hi Alan,
Why data sheet LMZ14203EXT state voltage output only 0.8 to 6V? Can I use for higher voltage such as 5 to 15V (just change divider resistors value)
Hi,
Perhaps you can take a look at the LMZ14203EXT leaded power module. It is a 42Vin max, 3A device that has been designed for MIL-STD-883 specs and should be able to meet your 36Vin|3.3Vout|2A power design.
Regards,
