I am trying to find data about package of that chip so thay we can implement correct layout for it. But no success so far. Datasheet is very limited on this point. What is needed is correct pad layout datas for this chip or at least for this package…

For more information on soldering uSIP, you can refer to Section 10.3 in the LMZ20501 datasheet. Alternatively there is an application note that details important guidelines such as solder temperature profiles.
