Hi Ishtiaque,
Maybe I can choose SR-LV device to meet customer requirements. Thanks

Hi Ramesh,
This is quite an old, large, and expensive device. What key feature does it have that you need? We have the TPS82085, TPSM82810/3, and LMZ30604 as alternates for a 3A/4A module.
Hi Craig,
Internally the LMZ30604 has reverse over current protection in the event of power cycling and pre-biased output startup. Since LMZ30604 allows larger output capacitance to be used, I'd recommend changing to that device since you are fixed…
Part Number: TPS82085 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMZ30604 , Hello guys,
One of our customers is considering TPS82085 using foor their next products. Also one of their concerns is EMI. So do you have any radiated Emissions data like a graph on…

The LMZ30604 will not work for me; it will require a board redesign, which is really not an option for me at this point, at least not in the short term.
Please look at the LMZ31710 (10A) / LMZ31707 (7A) / LMZ31704 (4A) family. These devices will require a 5V bias to operate though.
The LMZ30606 (6A) and LMZ30604 (4A) can operate directly from 3.3V.
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMZ30606 , LMZ30604 Hi,
Can I use the LMZ30606 (or LMZ30604) with only ceramic capacitors at the output?
For example:
For 1.2V output, TI suggest to use 47uF ceramic + 330uF POSCAP. I like to use 4x 100uF, X5R, 6…
If you look towards the end of the datasheet, there is a section called Package addendum option. It states the Packaging information for the part and the thresholds for reflow and operation. For the LMZ30604, it is page 22.
In this case. The option…
Dear Arrigo,
I am using LMZ30604 regulator to generate 1.25V using 5V input in another card.
I need to find the transient response for a load step of 1.2A for 1.25V output. Like LMZ30606, I did not find any details to calculate the transient at…
