Our customer wants to use LP2998-1 for DDR3L. The input voltage of DDR3L is 1.35V, and our minimum input voltage VDDQ is 1.35V. Can it work normal at all condition?( customer is worried about it)

Part Number: LP2998 During shut-down/power-down the Vtt output is 0.15V while the AVIN input is at 0.0V. Since the SHUTDOWN pin description states that "During shutdown Vtt should not be exposed to voltages that exceed AVIN" do we have a problem?…
