Part Number: LP38690 Hello E2E Experts,
Good day.
HBM is given on the datasheet, however, I would like to ask: What is the CDM ESD sensitivity of the LP36890 voltage regulator?
Thank you in advance.

I'm looking for a regulator with the same pinout as the DFN6 package of this device, but with VO at least able to…
Part Number: LP38690 Hello,
My customer is using LP38690SD-3.3/NOPB for the optical module application.
The following defect occurred in LP38690SD-3.3/NOPB while using the optical module.
- Input voltage = 5V, Typical load current = 230mA
- The output…
Part Number: LP38690-ADJ Hi , I'm using this part LP38690SDX-ADJ, with a 6.3V in and 5V out. My top feedback resistor is 30.9k, and bottom feedback resistor is 10k. I'm using a 4.7uF input and output ceramic cap.
Upon measuring the output,…
Part Number: LP38690 Hi,
I would like you to confirm whether spec of load regulation is correct or not.
Because, max of load regulation is 5V in worst case.
I think this is too big, so could you confirm about above ?
BR,
Part Number: LP38690 Hi,
The LP38690 shows the SNS input stage to use an internal resistor divider R1/R2, but it does not spec the resistor values or input leakage. How large is the internal resistance R1+R2, and is there any other leakage spec? I am…
Part Number: LP38690 I have a customer who is using a LP38690 with Vin = 6.6V from a 400kHz switching power supply and Vout = 5.0V. They are using a 4.7uF ceramic capacitor on the input and both a 4.7uF, 0603 located right at the output pin of the part and…
Hey Sonali,
Your circuit looks correct.
However, because the datasheet specifies polarized capacitors, it makes me think that this part may need a minimum ESR to be stable.
There is no mention of it in the datasheet but it may be a safe choice to include…
