    Part Number: LP5951 Hello, from lp5951 datasheet, psi=1.3degC/W for SC70 package and 11degC/W fro SOT23 version. can you conform psi metric for SC70 is correct ? i would assume it is 13 in place of 1.3. best regards, Paul

    Hi Will, LP5951 is close to same Iq and Iq shutdown performance, but dropout is higher. LP3990 has higher Iq, but lower Iq shutdown and slightly higher typical dropout. In addition to TPS7A05, these parts are the closest TI LDOs for this application…
