In datasheet of P1, input voltage range is shoewd 2.7V^22V at "FEATURE". In datasheet of P5, input voltage range is shoewd 5.5V^22V at "Operating Ratings".
Which is correct?

Most any of our power controllers with dual output capability will provide the control. See attached document starting at page 50 with the dual output controllers on page 53 and 54 and choose what features you want.
