Hello,
It is recommended that the thermal pads of the QFN (RSN) packages of MUX36D08 and MUX36S16 be soldered to the PCB and electrically connected to VSS.

Operating point not found is only a simulation artifact when the simulator is not able to resolve the circuit equations. It does not reflect device behavior.
