MICBIAS is provided after the capacitors as the intent is to have 48V phantom power to power condenser microphones and to bias that signal with MICBIAS. Is biasing not required here either?

INA190 connects to OPA2365.
The noise may cause by the Oscilloscope. I double confirm this with the customer, they use DC Electronic load. Would appreciate it if you can share some professional suggestions here. Thanks.

This part won't work (well) with a single 5V supply. Choose an op-amp that will, such as OPA2365.
