Hi Shekhar,
Since you are indeed using the OPA4227 there is the issue of the much higher power dissipation that I previously mentioned. Certainly, that device will get hotter than the OPA4277.
Otherwise, I don't really see anything about your circuit…

The customer said if he uses OPA4227 to replace OPA4140, the output voltage will only move 100mV. But if he uses OPA4140, the output voltage will move 1V.
I have had an error and the operational one is not the opa4277, it is the opa4227. The opa4227 has a Quiescent Current very high, but even so it is normal to reach high temperatures? or is a heatsink necessary?

Hi Daniel,
Unfortunately the only document available for this device is the data sheet.
In addition this device is no longer in active state. So if you're looking for a replacement you can take a look at OPA1604 for a SOIC replacement and OPA4227 for…
Hi Soumya,
OPA1604 is the specified replacement for LME49740 in SOIC package. If you're looking for a PDIP replacement then you can take a look at OPA4227.

Hi Mohamed,
Regarding the minimum GBW of the 4th stage:
The minimum GBW calculation used by FilterPro is the same for the Sallen-Key and MFB typologies. The GBW is calculated from: GBW = Ao x Q x fn x 100, where Ao is the gain of the stage (V/V), Q is…
