Part Number: OPA857 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH32404 , LMH32401 , OPA818 , OPA859 Hello, team.
Could you please suggest, do we have any updates of OPA857 device?
Customer is wondering if we can propose any modern alternative with better noise specs…
Part Number: OPA857 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-00663 Hi team,
customer designs OPA857 but why the output signal is smaller than input signal?
Is there any problem in their testing or circuit, please advise?

Shyam,
The diode polarity sets the input photo leakage current polarity. OPA857 input is inverted such that 'current in' becomes OUT voltage going lower and OUTN stays still. So related to photo current flow, OPA857 OUT is inverted.
In figure…
Part Number: OPA857-DIE Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA857 , , OPA855 , LMH32401 , OPA858 , OPA859 , OPA856 Hello,
I was wondering if there are any experimental/test data about this device?
I would expect the input capacitance to be affected by the packaging…
Part Number: OPA857 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-00663 , Dear All,
I started from the reference design TIDA-00663. For the photodiode I use the SFH 2400 (wider spectral response) instead of the SFH 2400FA (only sensitive in infrared). The laser…
Part Number: OPA857 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI Hi team,
How much time does it need to recovery its output saturation? We will use this device with large pulse input and then OPA857 output would be saturated. We need its recovery time between…
Part Number: OPA857
Hi,
I am using TINA-9 to simulate some basic OPA857 circuits. When i do a AC simulation based on the example downloaded from the TI website i am receiving the plot shown below. Unity gain is reached far above 10 GHz which doesn't…
Part Number: OPA857 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA357 Hi,
As our design evolves and OPA857 is a selected candidtae for our TIA, I need more details about some parameters that are specified with few details:
It seems that per data sheet, the chip…
Part Number: OPA857 Good Afternoon,
The Transimpedance gain error is 1% typical and 15% maximum. I understand that the 15% take into account all the variability within a production wafer and very wafers.
What kind of typical variation can we expect to…
