If you need small size then OPT3006 or OPT4001-Q1 (Picostar package) is recommended.
If the smallest package is not of most concern then OPT3004 or OPT4001 (DTS package) would be recommended.

The OPT4001 may be a better option. It provides 28-bits of effective dynamic range, with a measurement range of 312.5µlux to 83klux or 437 .5 µlux to 117klux for the PicoStar and SOT5X3 packages respectively.

I would suggest taking a look at these few parts OPT4001, OPT3004 , OPT3006/7 (ultra thin package). Any of these products can be used for your application.
