Part Number: PCM1795 Hello E2E,
Our customer selected the PCM1795 for new product design. They made engineering board, they testing now.
It seems that the digital filter of channel-8 does not work for some individuals. Please see the attached file…
Hi Yu,
This is kind of a complicated question, as the PCM1795 will at some point convert the DSD data internally to a format that the advanced segment architecture and utilize. A sample rate of 192k is the highest input fS, but the device can still…

Hello
I am sorry such a fundamental question, but please advise.
My customer had been used PCM1795 for their Hi-end CD-P.
Now, they intend to change the relationship as following.

Hi,
The two PCM1795 would need to be configured via the Mode Control bus by your controller. To enable MONO mode, Register 20 bit 3 must be set high. Then Register 20 bit 2 would need to be set high on the DAC operating the right channel and low for…
Hi Angelo,
What is response when you try the following steps (assuming the device is already playing I2S data):
I2S is already playing>mute the PCM1795>Stop the I2S>Enable DSD is reg 0x14>Start DSD>Un-mute
Does that sequence work?
Thanks!

Hello
I am sorry to bother you, but please let me have questions again.
My customer had tested 6 pcs PCM1795 VcomR terminal voltage.
Average of 6 unit was 2.35V. ( 2.34V ~ 2.377V)
The schematic which…

Hello,
My customer intend to design their product using PCM1795
They want to reduce the PCM1795 VcomL, VcomR set up time as attached ( .tiff ) file.
Q1 VcomL( VcomR also) terminal voltage is 2.5V ? in the…
Hi, the PCM 1795 documentation says it supports up to 192KHz input and 8x Supersampling. Does that mean the internal sampling rate of the filter can perform at 1536KHz? Perhaps there is a lower ceiling such as 384KHz, and the level of supersampling will…
