Our customer had evaluated PCM1860EVM and find small pop noise while changing PGA gain from "31.5dB to 32.0dB" or "32.0dB to 31.5dB".

We have a couple ADCs in our portfolio that are able to operate at that sampling rate, perhaps you could consider using the PCM1860EVM, this ADC can be configured as a I²S Master at 96KHz sample rate very easily.
