Part Number: PCM5310 Hi
Our customer wants to change data out from DATA5 (PIN:50) to DATA1(PIN:32).
Could it be possible to do such change by register settings?
BestRegards
Hi, Christian,
I think the application you are describing is possible, you can take SCLK6 and setup the ADCs and DACs as Master to generate LRCK and BCLK internally. The ports of the PCM5310 are very flexible so you should be able to output the internally…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PCM5310 Hi all,
When there are glitches or steps at the rising edge or falling edge on BCLK or LRCK, how much will it allowed variation of the time and voltage of the glitch?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PCM5310 , PCM3168 Hello,
I am looking at using a PCM5310 codec in place of a current system that uses an AD1938 codec. I require three ADCs and 2 DACs. An ADAU1446 DSP is configured as master and the system has no…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PCM5310 Our customer has been evaluating PCM5310 on their own designed H/W, and reported that the line output signal was clipped at 3.3Vpp under below conditions. 1. Signal pass: AIN2L → PCM5310(ADC)→(I2S)→ DSP → (I2S…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PCM5310 In looking at the datasheet for the PCM5310, I see two operating temperature ranges mentioned in the datasheet:
It is listed as -25 to + 85 on page 2 of the data sheet in the table labeled Recommended Operating…
(Register 13, headphone short-circuit protection enable/disable), bit 5 is shown to be SHCR and bit 1 is shown to be SHCL. The function of SHCR/SHCL is not listed anywhere in the documentation. What is the function?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PCM5310 Hi, My customer has a question below.
According to the datasheet of PCM5310, ramp up/down time for the analog output can be changed through the register setting (Register 18, PDTM[2:0]).
For reducing pop noise…
