Seems like a stability issue. To trouble-shoot, can you provide scope pictures of the output voltage (ac coupled) during the two load conditions? Also, please provide scope picture of the anode of the output diode (D2), which will show us the switching…
Part Number: PMP21549 Hi there,
I was just wondering if you have a good rule of thumb for how to select an appropriate fuse to be used in this design to protect the circuit?
Many thanks,
Mark
Part Number: PMP21549 Hi there,
I just downloaded the latest BoM for this reference design, and unfortunately the designator values are repeating, and therefore we aren't sure which part each should be. Can the BoM be corrected and emailed to us please…
Part Number: LM5021 Hello,
Can someone provide the schematic and the Altium file? Also the design test results and guide. TY.

Part Number: PMP21549 hi,
I'm looking for http://www.ti.com/tool/PMP21549 but the page looks "empty" (i.e. no schematic, no bom, etc.) just the decription and the pics...
Is that a mistake or was planned to be removed from ti.com?
If the 1st…

Could you able to send us the Design and simulation tools and files for the PMP21549 using LM5021.
Thanks & Regards …
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP21549PMP21549 is a 75/150 w flyback reference design for audio applications.Transformer part num is RLTI-1260, but I can't find it on Ti website. The bom says that it's customized for Renco Electronics. The specifications…
if you still want to use flyback at 350W application , maybe you can refer the LM5021.
it is the CCM flyback controller , so it can help to reduce the peak & RMS current of transformer & FET.

Hi Mark/Sam,
There are a couple of designs that come to mind here, please check these out and let me know if they will work.

Hi, Kam:
Glad to get your request. I also meet lots of challenge when I did my first flyback design. :) There are some mistakes about your connection about your circuits, but it's okay. Let's try to fix it.
Since you are newbies, it may be helpful…
