Part Number: TPS40210 Hello TI,
I designed a flyback SMPS based on the PMP4650. However, the input voltage operates normally up to about 14V, but if the voltage (about 18V) is raised above that, the operation stops. The cause of stopping the operation is…
Part Number: TPS40210 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5155 , PMP40555 Dear Sir
We plan to desing TPS40210 (Vin =12 to 57V ,Vout =12v )
but we can not find the referecnce desing -PMP4650 on TI web
Could you please provide the correcnt…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS40210 Hello, all
Now we are considering to use TPS40210 based on PMP4650 reference design.

Then we would like to know this accuracy of output voltage.
We understand that the output accuracy…
Hi,
In PMP4650 can somebody explain the function of the circuits related to transistor Q2 9 related circuit is R1, D6 and D5) and also function of transistor Q100 and related components - R101. R102 and R103
I had posted this query about 4 days back, but…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5022 , TPS40210 I have a general question on design approaches for achieving a compact isolated DC/DC step down with an input voltage of 50V to 120V (lower minimum preferred) and an output of 12V to 15V with at least 2A…
Hi,
Thanks for your suggestion. However, PMP4650 and PMP2657 are based around TPS40210 part. I want to design based around TL3844 due to its extremely low cost !! Kindly advise the transformer design equations for the same
